Welcome to the Center for Women's Health - Obstetrics & Gynecology, southern Rhode Island’s center for comprehensive OB/GYN care. To facilitate your visits, here are some things we would like you to know.
When making your first appointment, please discuss your insurance and payment plan with us. We suggest that you check with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment for detailed benefit information. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment. If you wish, you can print out the following forms and bring them with you to your first appointment.
To schedule an appointment, please call 401-789-0661 or request an appointment online and let us know at which of our southern Rhode Island locations you prefer to be seen. To accommodate your schedule, early morning appointments are available at each of our locations.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you call 401-789-0661 as soon as possible so we may offer the time to another patient. Please be aware that late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee and that there is a $25 no-show fee for missed appointments.
A South County Hospital OB/GYN physician is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for urgent calls. To reach a physician after hours, call 401-789-0661 or 401-782-8000.

Please bring your insurance card with you to each visit. It is your responsibility to pay any applicable co-payment or deductibles on the day of your office visit. This procedure is part of our contractual obligation with your insurance provider, and we do not have the authority to change it, or make exceptions.
We accept the following methods of payment: cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa. If you have no insurance and/or have difficulty paying, please make arrangements with our Practice Manager prior to your appointment.
To renew a prescription, contact your pharmacy and it will fax the appropriate information to us. Please allow 48 hours for renewal of any medication.
