South County Hospital

Circle of Care

The Circle of Care was established to recognize and thank donors who make extraordinary outright gifts of $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund each year. These Leadership gifts have demonstrated wide community support for South County Hospital and have inspired others to consider their own personal level of support.

South County Hospital has chosen to recognize its leaders in philanthropy with designated Giving Levels:

1919 Society: Gifts of $10,000 to $24,999
“For over 30 years, the staff and patients of South County Hospital were a central part of my wife Nancy's life. I made this donation in her memory to honor those relationships.” Bruce Rollins.
Chairman's Club: Gifts of $5,000 to $9,999
“Our family has had a long association with South County Hospital ~ our mother and father met in the hospital, and over generations, family members have had opportunities to participate in the wonderful care our hospital offers.  We know that our hospital is a true community asset, but it takes many kinds of resources to keep it healthy.  We are pleased to support the hospital with time, talent and a financial contribution.”  Tom and Eve Keenan

Trustee's Club: Gifts of $2,500 to $4,999

“As transplants to Rhode Island, we've come to realize the value that South County Hospital adds to the community. Both of us have received treatment at the hospital and recognize the high quality care that is provided by the staff. In addition, Lou's parents were patients at the hospital in the latter part and final stages of their lives. We decided to make this gift in recognition of the fine care that we've experienced, but also in the hope that others will make similar gifts to sustain and improve the hospital that we are so fortunate to have in our area." Louis Chrostowski and Douglas Shapiro
President's Club: Gifts of $1,000 to $2,499
"South County Hospital has been part of our lives for over 50 years. We have witnessed not only the physical expansion, but an increase in the range and scope of the healthcare services provided. South County Hospital is a valuable resource to our community adding to our quality of life now and for future generations." Sandy and Ron Denelle
