A phased, safe approach to surgery

Our operating rooms are home to elective surgeries once again. Here are some important things you need to know:

• Surgical patients will be tested for COVID-19 prior to their procedure to ensure the safety of staff and patients. This testing will occur in the days before surgery.
• Additional time is being taken in between surgical cases to give our environmental services team time to clean operating rooms in accordance with the most stringent recommendations.
