Using the portals below you can view your health information, update your personal and health information and more. Using the ORANGE button below, access your health information, update your personal and health information, check your appointments, and verify discharge information. Use the ORANGE portal for the following services:

South County Medical Group Portal (Physician Practices)

If you are a patient of a South County Medical Group (SCMG) physician practice, please use the TEAL portal below to access your health information, update your personal information, complete registration forms, or ask a non-emergent clinical question.

If you received lab work or diagnostic imaging exams at South County Hospital and it was ordered by a South County Medical Group physician, please use the ORANGE portal above.

The following practices are members of the SCMG:

  • Center for Women's Health
  • Express Care - East Greenwich and Westerly
  • Infectious Disease and Lyme Disease Clinic
  • South County Cardiology
  • South County General Surgery (Drs. Brady and Jones)
  • South County Medical Group Primary Care
  • South County Nephrology

Please note: The only exception is patients of South County Oncology/Hematology and Infusion Therapy. Please use the ORANGE portal above to access your health information.
