The South County Health Nursing Residency Program (NRP) is a cornerstone of our commitment to supporting the next generation of nursing professionals. Designed to ease the transition from student to professional nurse, this year-long program equips newly graduated registered nurses (RNs) with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to thrive in their first year of practice.

We are proud to recognize Marissa Allen, RN, a dedicated Orthopedic nurse, for successfully completing the Nursing Residency Program.
