Which online bill pay should I use to pay my bill?
If you received a bill from South County Hospital, you should pay your bill using the secure MyHealth Record Portal. This includes patients who have visited our Emergency Department, used our lab services, or who have stayed in the hospital.
If you are paying a bill from a doctor's visit, use the South County Medical Group Medfusion Portal.
I've tried entering the account number on my bill, but it's not recognizing it. What should I do?
First, be certain you are entering the account number and not the statement number. The account number can be found under the statement date on your bill. If you're still having trouble, contact Online Bill Support at 401-788-3929.
I'm paying my bill for my doctor's visit, but the correct location is not listed. What should I do?
If you do not see the correct location for your physician listed, please choose any location listed. Your bill will still securely pay online and you will receive a confirmation.
What is the balance that I am being billed for?
If you received a bill, it may be for co-pays and deductibles that were not previously paid. If you have a question about a specific charge on your bill, call the Online Bill Pay support number listed above (please note: the phone numbers for Bill Pay support are different depending on whether you are a patient of South County Hospital or you are a patient of the South County Medical Group physician practices).

Yes, South County Health and South County Medical Group both accept credit card payments through the Online Bill Pay portals.
