Giving is Sweet!

The Employee Giving Campaign enables us to make an incredible impact for our patients here at South County Health.

The 2024 Employee Giving Campaign will raise funds to support the Caring in Crisis Fund which supports colleagues who are experiencing severe financial hardships. With a goal of raising $100,000, it’s important for South County Health to embrace and support our most valued assets, our employees.

As a South County Health employee, your spirit of giving inspires others because you already give so much of yourself to patients and the community. The work you do every day to deliver great care to our patients makes South County Health a place like no other – a place we can be proud to call “home.”

What your gift will do…

Your gift will provide support to colleagues who are experiencing severe financial hardships. By supporting the Caring in Crisis Fund you will help address:

  • Loss or need of shelter.
  • Extraordinary medical costs that are excluded from regular insurance policies.
  • Ordinary living expenses, e.g., mortgage/rent, utilities, food and clothing needs that cannot be met due to a hardship.
  • Other severe hardship at the discretion of the Caring in Crisis Committee.

Again this year, we have some great incentives for your participation!

• Monthly VIP Parking Spot Draw: Participate in the campaign, and you’ll automatically be entered into a monthly drawing for a coveted VIP parking spot.
• Exclusive SCH Foundation Logo Pen: Every employee who makes a gift will receive a high-quality pen featuring the SCH Foundation logo as a token of our appreciation.
• South County Health Foundation “I gave” badge reel: Give a gift of $25 and wear your badge reel proudly.
• First-Time Donor Bonus: New donors making a minimum gift of $10.00 per pay period ($5.00 per week, totaling $260 annually) will receive a special SCH 22oz stainless water bottle
• Pledge Increase Reward: Employees who increase their pledge by $10.00 per pay period ($5.00 per week, totaling $260 annually) receive a $50 gift card to the SCH Gift Shop.
• Overnight Stay at The Break Hotel: Any employee contributing $10.00 per pay period ($5.00 per week, totaling $260 annually) will be entered into a drawing for an overnight stay at The Break Hotel in Narragansett.

Any gift — no matter the amount — makes a difference.
