Pharmacy Residents Graduate with Honors
On June 27, 2025, South County Health proudly celebrated the graduation of its 2024–2025 Pharmacy Residents, Hyejin Erica Lee and Katelyn Choiniere. Over the course of their residency, Erica and Katelyn demonstrated outstanding clinical skill, collaboration, and a deep commitment to patient care across the organization.
Where They’re Headed Next

Hyejin Erica Lee has accepted a position as a Clinical Pharmacist with Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, Wisconsin, where she will continue to grow her expertise in inpatient pharmacy services.

Katelyn Choiniere will advance her training through the Ambulatory Care PGY-2 Residency Program at Brown University Health, focusing on outpatient care and population health.
Both residents leave a meaningful legacy at South County Health, and we wish them the very best as they take the next steps in their professional journeys.
Recognizing Excellence in Mentorship
In addition to celebrating our graduates, we are thrilled to announce that Anna Selwyn, Pharmacist at the South County Health Anticoagulation Clinic, has been named the 2025 Pharmacy Residency Preceptor of the Year. This recognition reflects Anna’s dedication to teaching, mentoring, and guiding the next generation of pharmacy leaders.
