South County Health's Medical and Wellness Centers deliver high-quality healthcare practices and services at three convenient locations. Each Medical and Wellness Center offers: Express Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care, Outpatient Lab, and Diagnostic Imaging.
In addition to our ambulatory centers, the Medical Office Building at South County Hospital features Specialty Care, Outpatient Lab, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Starting January 5, masking will be required for all healthcare workers, patients, and visitors in all patient care areas and high-traffic areas (e.g., lobby and waiting rooms) at South County Hospital and all South County Health locations. This includes Express Care, Lab, Diagnostic Imaging, Primary Care, Center for Women’s Health, and specialty practices.
