Joseph P. Turner, DO joins Primary Care practice

South County Health welcomes Joseph P. Turner, DO to the South County Health Medical Group where he has joined the Primary Care practice in Warwick.

Dr. Turner attended The University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, MO where he earned a Doctorate on Osteopathic Medicine before completing an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, RI.

Prior to joining South County Health’s Primary Care practice, Dr. Turner practiced primary care medicine in skilled nursing facilities and office-based practices.

Dr. Turner is past medical director of South County Health Express Care in East Greenwich, practiced per diem as house officer/hospitalist and Fast Track emergency medicine at South County Hospital.

Dr. Turner is currently accepting new patients at South County Health Primary Care – Warwick where he practices Internal Medicine.
