Contact Us >South County Health is the recipient of two 2019 awards from Press Ganey for excellence in the delivery of inpatient care. Presented annually, the awards honor health care facilities that consistently rank in the top five percent for patient experience.
South County Health was named a 2019 Guardian of Excellence and Pinnacle of Excellence Award winner at the Press Ganey National Client & Executive Leadership Conference, which took place in Orlando, Florida from November 18-20.
South County Health received The Guardian of Excellence award for reaching the 95th percentile in patient feedback surveys for inpatient year for each reporting period during the award year. The survey captures patient responses related to communication, wait times, respect and courtesy, patient privacy and pain control.
The Pinnacle of Excellence Award recognizes South County Health as a top performing organization based on extraordinary achievement and consistently high levels of excellence over a three-year period. This is the third time South County Health has received this honor.
