Dr. Dyer is a native Rhode Islander who earned his medical degree from Brown University Medical School. He completed an internship in Medicine and a residency in Dermatology at Brown Medical School training programs. He also earned a Master of Public Health degree, with a concentration in Quantitative Methods, from the Harvard School of Public Health. He is board certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Dermatology Foundation, the American Medical Association, and RI Medical Association, the New England Dermatologic Society, and the Rhode Island Dermatology Society. He is a volunteer attending dermatologist at the Rhode Island Hospital Dermatology Clinic. He is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor for the Johnson and Wales University, Center for Physician Assistant Studies. He is married with 3 adult children. He and his wife enjoy competing in triathlons and have completed the Ironman Lake Placid.
