On December 18, 2025, South County Health Home Care proudly participated in a meaningful Elves for Elders gift delivery at Bayview at Scalabrini Nursing and Rehabilitation, helping bring comfort and holiday cheer to elders in our community.

In the weeks leading up to the delivery, staff from South County Home Health, Case Management, and other teams, collected thoughtful gifts and essential care items for elders experiencing need. The result was a large and heartfelt delivery—one that reflects the generosity and compassion of healthcare professionals who go beyond their daily roles to care for the whole person. 

Kelly Pucino of South County Health Home Care joined Armani Sepe, Administrator at Bayview at Scalabrini Nursing and Rehabilitation, to help deliver the donated items and connect with staff supporting residents every day. The initiative highlights the power of collaboration and shared purpose across healthcare and long-term care partners.

“Elves for Elders is about more than gifts—it’s about dignity, connection, and reminding our elders that they are seen and valued,” said Pucino. “We’re honored to work alongside community partners who share that commitment.”
