South County Health recognizes that good mental health is paramount in leading a healthy lifestyle. To enhance patient care, we’ve integrated behavioral health services into our South County Medical Group Primary Care and Center for Women’s Health practices. With the patient at the center of care, our primary care providers work with a licensed social worker to identify and treat your emotional and physical health needs.

We provide screenings for a variety of disorders and conditions including:
