The SCH NOW App allows you to access South County Health’s high-quality healthcare from your mobile phone or other personal device.  It is designed to streamline access to a number of different tools including:
 

• Patient Portals, where you can view your medical records and test results, make appointments for Primary Care and Specialists, and communicate with your care team; 
• Get Care NOW, where you can schedule appointments for Express Care and Lab locations, and access Express Care Virtual Visits.

We know navigating health technology can be confusing, and we’re here to help!  

Please be aware of these important details about our mobile App:
 

• Downloading the SCH NOW App does not mean you're automatically enrolled in our Patient Portals—and vice versa.  
• The SCH NOW App has its own enrollment procedure, separate from enrollment in our patient portals.

After you have enrolled in one or both of the Patient Portals, you can leverage the SCH NOW App for faster access to your Patient Portal accounts.   
 

Using the SCH NOW App on your mobile device provides access to tools in IOS and Android to save your credentials for the Patient Portals, making your portal login experience faster in the App (e.g. Face ID).
 

If you're having trouble logging into or enrolling in either the Patient Portal or Online Bill Pay, please use the forms available at Request Medical Records to submit a support request.  
 

If you're having trouble with the SCH NOW App, please email schnow@southcountyhealth.org for support.
 

You can choose to create an account for the SCH NOW App or choose to not register and Continue as a Guest.   We encourage you to register for the SCH NOW App so that we can send important communications for events like weather-related closings, etc.
