Prior to attending our diabetes management classes, you need to schedule a one-on-one session with our South County Health Diabetes Center Coordinator, April Silvestro. April is a National Board Certified Diabetes Nurse Educator with nearly 30 years' experience as a nurse and more than 20 years' experience as a diabetes educator. April provides both individual and group sessions on diabetes, and is a co-leader of the Diabetes Management and Support Groups.
